The Gramercy, SoHo, Tribeca, and Greenwich Cottages have a modern kitchen, a calming rain shower, relaxing porches, and a wood-burning fireplace. Each cottage has a king bed in the main bedroom and a guest bedroom with two queen beds. Located right next to the C3 dock for convenient fishing and boating access, these cottages are exceptionally popular as they surround a signature common area that features a well-lit artificial putting green, cozy fire pit, cornhole, and bocce ball for you to enjoy with family and friends.
