Short Course - Coming Fall 2025
Chechessee Creek Club is thrilled to announce the construction of our new short course. Our goal is to provide an exciting and dynamic course design, and the beauty of this short course lies in its accessibility to golfers of all levels. Paired with a unique routing, the layout includes a mix of ten par 3 and 2 par 4 holes, and will feature design elements that blend seamlessly into the Lowcountry landscape. The shorter distances make it easier for players to reach the greens in fewer shots, which can help build confidence and enjoyment for newer golfers. At the same time, seasoned golfers can refine their techniques and perfect their strategy. With holes ranging from 65 to 317 yards, golfers are almost guaranteed to use every club in their bag. The short course is located on Callawassie Drive directly across the street from #15 hole of the Chechessee Creek Club golf course.
Course Designer
Chechessee Creek Club is working with Dave Zinkand of Zinkand Golf Design to achieve our strategic yet creative vision. Dave’s inspiration and sustainable ethos come from the minimalist philosophy that we should first seek to draw from nature and the land itself.
